SINO Engineering provides complete ‘concept-to-production’ product development services originating from our Technical Centre in Shanghai. The company was launched in January 2007, offering design-engineering services to overseas customers in search of capacity and cost savings. Among SINO’s first project clients included Land Rover*, Ford* and SAIC UK. The success we achieved with these major industry players served to facilitate growing our internal capabilities and customer base in China.

SINO’s expertise in the areas of vehicle styling, CAS modelling, engineering design and project management enable us to develop interior and exterior vehicle themes/structures. We typically do so from sketch to engineering design to production and on to vehicle launch plus 90 days. Our team of more than 70 skilled international and Chinese experts serve to manage complete programmes from our Technical Centre or on-site at customer facilities.

SINO strives to work closely with its customers to achieve ‘design intent’, launch new products as quickly as possible and strike a balance between cost, weight, quality and engineering integrity.
